40' container of Household Goods and Personal Effects to the Philippines:   We loaded this 40' container with household goods and personal effects, including ten commercial sewing machines, for a retired Navy personnel moving back to the Philippines. The wrapping and the packing of this cargo took approximately six hours, and the loading, configuring, stowing and securing of same in the container additional seven hours, roughly. The more you, yourself, pack and wrap and box, the more you'll save on the container packing. You can buy boxes and packing materials at a box shop/packing supplies shop in your area, or from the local U-HAUL truck rental.
