Receiving Procedure for Autos: In addition to filling out the Auto Condition Reports, we also take digital photos of all cars upon receipt.   Further, immediately before loading of autos into their respective containers, we photograph them again, to demonstrate that no damage has taken place while autos were in our possession. (see below, following the receiving photos section),    And, lastly, we photograph them again after they are loaded, blocked and braced in the container, to demonstrate that no damage occurred during the loading process.
